Common questions
My steps aren't showing
Propaso reads your steps from Apple Health, so it needs permission to do that. Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps → Propaso, and turn on every category. If your steps still don't appear, check that the Health app itself shows steps for today.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Propaso Plus and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I've paid but Propaso Plus isn't unlocked
In Propaso, tap the cog icon at the top right of any page, then Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple account you paid with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple processes all App Store payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I report or block another user?
On the Friends page, tap the ••• on that person's row and choose Report or Block. Blocking removes the friendship and hides you from each other straight away.
Can I turn off the AI features?
Yes. Building a plan, insights and Ask use AI only after you've agreed to it, and you can switch them off at any time in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
In Propaso, tap the cog icon, then Profile → Delete account. This deletes your account and everything stored with it. Your step history in Apple Health is not affected.
Health information
Propaso is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical advice. If you have a health condition, or you're unsure whether a step target is right for you, check with a doctor before increasing your activity.
